A clearer way forward.

Project recovery, focused consulting, and monthly advisory. Work directly with Jeris to define the support your project needs.

01 / WHEN A PROJECT NEEDS A RESET

Project recovery.

A delayed or abandoned job needs a clear understanding of what has happened and what still needs to happen. I help owners assess the situation and establish practical next steps.

Where I can help

  • Review the project’s current condition and outstanding work.
  • Identify schedule, quality, coordination, and material concerns.
  • Help establish priorities and responsibilities.
  • Provide agreed site involvement as the project moves forward.

Best suited to owners who need an experienced perspective on a project that has lost direction.

02 / FOCUSED SUPPORT

Project consulting.

Some projects need help with a specific decision or stage of work. A defined consulting engagement brings another set of experienced eyes to the issue at hand.

What an engagement can include

  • Review of the project scope and current priorities.
  • Site visits and progress assessments.
  • Guidance on construction coordination and material availability.
  • Practical input for owners making project decisions.

The scope is agreed before work begins, based on the question you need answered.

03 / A CONTINUING RELATIONSHIP

Monthly advisory.

Keep experienced guidance available as your project develops. Monthly support provides a defined rhythm for reviewing progress, discussing decisions, and addressing emerging concerns.

PROJECT RECOVERY

A difficult project
needs a clear next step.

A missed deadline becomes another delay. Materials aren’t arriving. The quality isn’t what you expected. Or the contractor has simply walked away.

I’ve taken over projects in difficult situations. My role starts with understanding what’s happening on the ground and helping you decide what comes next.

When should I bring you into a project?

When you need an experienced perspective on planning or progress, or when delays, quality concerns, material issues, or an abandoned project need attention. We’ll talk first to determine whether the project is a good fit.

Who do you work with?

Project owners and developers are the primary focus. Corporate leaders seeking guidance on a construction project can also get in touch to discuss the scope and support needed.

Do you visit the job site?

Yes. Site visits are a central part of the approach, supported by remote communication and agreed project leadership when needed. The scope and frequency are established for each engagement.

What areas do you serve?

Birmingham and Central Alabama are the primary focus. Other Alabama locations can be considered depending on travel requirements and the level of involvement your project needs.

Can I engage you on a monthly basis?

Ongoing advisory can be structured as a monthly engagement with clearly agreed availability, check-ins, and site visits. Project consulting and recovery assignments are scoped around the work involved.
